  10. Handle pre-purchase applications for industry co-teaching instructors’ hourly fees and transportation expenses, UCAN fund reimbursements, and reimbursements for various project funds.
  11. Handle the work-study management platform and the principal investigator system (part-time teaching assistants, temporary workers, scholarship students, and living allowance recipients) and prepare payroll rosters.
  12. Maintain equipment in six departmental professional classrooms.
  13. Handle other temporary assignments.
