In order to speed up troubleshooting and resolve problems such as classroom equipment or computer malfunctions, the Department of Applied Foreign Languages has now launched an online repair request form for classrooms.

You may also access the department website homepage (http://afl.nfu.edu.tw/main.php), click on “Network Resources,” and then locate the Online Repair Request Form below. If there is anything unclear, please refer to the attached instructions.

The department office compiles the submitted requests before every Tuesday and arranges maintenance or repairs by computer service companies or vendors during available class periods.

Faculty members and students are encouraged to make use of the online repair request system so that repairs can be arranged and handled efficiently.
