The first session of the 2026 Technical Skills Award application will officially begin accepting applications on 03/02. The application deadline is March 25 (Wednesday). For certificate competition reporting and Technical Skills Award applications, please submit your information through the eCare system.
Please attach the following documents in order and submit them to the Department of Applied Foreign Languages office for compilation:1. Technical Skills Award Application Form
2. Certification or verification documents
3. Photocopy of the student’s post office passbook cover page
Notes:
1. Please make sure the post office account number on the application form belongs to the applicant and not to parents or other individuals.
2. In the “Award Information” section, the total number of participating teams, the number of winning teams, and the competition prize amount must be filled in accurately.
3. If the competition meets the eligibility criteria for the Chang Yang Industrial Scholarship and you wish to apply, please print the application form and write “Apply for Chang Yang” in the upper right corner of the form. If the final review is not approved, the application will automatically be considered under the general competition award category.
